RISD’s Campus Services department is a centralized resource to assist you in planning conferences and events at RISD. With years of event-planning experience, knowledge of available campus resources and relationships with local service providers, we can help ensure that your event is a success. We offer a wide range of services from assistance in space selection, food and beverage campus offerings, recommendations on room set ups, and connections to campus partners.

Booking campus spaces with 25Live

To book common-use spaces on campus, please go to 25Live, RISD's centralized scheduling system and then search for available locations and times via the platform's dashboard. You can also access 25Live to create an event using your mobile device. To use the platform you will need to log in using your RISD username and password.
