Catanzaro Student Fitness Center

The Catanzaro Student Fitness Center encompasses several diverse, multi-functional health and fitness spaces (one cardio/weight room, one cardio room and two dance studios), is open seven days a week and is accessible to all students. The Center for Student Involvement offers various extracurricular fitness classes for beginners and advanced levels. Past offerings included aerobics, belly dancing, dance, kick boxing, martial arts and yoga. Teachers are selected based on college-level experience and a proven rapport with students.
